If you are unhappy with any part of our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service being completed.

We will review your concerns and, where appropriate, arrange to return and rectify the issue at no additional cost.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and will only be issued where a suitable resolution cannot be reached.
